1. The supervisor will meet with you and fill out a completion
certificate which you will be asked to sign. Your copy of the completion certificate should be stored with your
copy of the contract.
2. Once your final payment has been made, the
supervisor will apply for the Occupation Certificate(OC) which will
normally take about 4 weeks. The Supervisor will give you a customer
satisfaction survey to review and complete during this period.
3. Once we receive the OC, the supervisor and your consultant will
arrange to meet with you to review the survey and to present your
occupation certificate.
VARIATIONS
1. Your building Supervisor will complete and use the “Authority
for variation to contract” form in every case.
2. An invoice for the progress payment and the variation will be
given to the customer when the variation and progress payment are due.
3. Once completed, copies of authority for variations should be
filed with and become a part of the contract and should be filed with
your contract copy.
PROGRESS PAYMENTS
Once you and the supervisor agree that a progress stage has been
reached, our supervisor will deliver invoices and collect cheques for
return to office. The supervisor will generally give you 3-4 days notice
that a stage is being reached.
