1. Your consultant will then draw up your contracts and get a certificate of Home Owners Warranty insurance, return to you and take you through the documents and answer any questions that you might have. This will typically take about 7 -10 working days

2. The contract will consist of 2 copies of
a. a proposal/contract
b. a formal written specification for your project,
c. a set of agreed concept drawings
d. our terms and conditions
e. In NSW and many other states a “consumer guide to building” mandated by the  State Building Act.

3. Your consultant will then suggest that you get independent advice on the proposal and will allow you a week to 10 days to read through the documents and get advice if you wish.

4. The consultant will then contact you to cover any further questions you may have and will ask you to complete the contract by signing it and initialing each page of each of the 2 copies of the document.

5. The consultant will collect a cheque for the deposit with the signed contract which will be banked at that time.

6. Your consultant will then collect both copies and return them to our office for confirmation and then will return your copy of the contract to you within 5 working days of the confirmation date.

7. You will need to provide your consultant with a copy of Certificate of Title for the property and, if your project is being financed with a loan, a letter from your financial institution indicating that the loan funds are approved and ready for draw-down.
