1. If you would like to proceed with some concept drawings the
designer and your consultant will make a visit to your home and together
you will flesh out a more comprehensive plan that can then be drawn.
2. When the drawings are settled, your consultant will ask you to
initial them. If you would like to proceed, your consultant will sit
with you to develop a specification for the project to match the
drawings and your particular plans for your space. During that meeting
the consultant will discuss your preferences and expectations and will
work on detailing the final specification for your project.
3. You will then receive a visit from our building supervisor. He
will visit to familiarise himself with your project and the specific
requirements of your site in areas such as access, safety and
scaffolding requirements.
4. Your consultant to come back to you with a firm price for the
project as described in the concept drawings and specifications. He
will usually have a firm price for you within about 10 working days. Any
changes to your plan will later be priced and agreed with you as a
variation.
